Login Information for the New Website and Database

Jul 1, 2019, 11:36 AM by NFA Staff

The new NFA website and member database are now live and available for use. Because of the recent updates to the database and website, some procedures have changed.

Logging In

In order to ensure the security of your personal information, we are unable to migrate your login details to the new database and request that you resubmit your information through the new system. This means that all users will need to create a new password before gaining access to the system.

Please visit this link to reset your password. Your NFA login will be the email address associated with your NFA account.

You will receive a message with further directions for resetting your password. When you click the link in the email, be sure to "Accept Cookies" on the pop up window that appears at the bottom of the screen. You will then be able to log into your member portal and access your benefits on the website.

Membership Renewal and Convention Registration

Before registering for convention, you will need to sign up for a 2019-2020 membership. In your portal, find the My Membership heading, and click Join/Renew National Flute Association. Once you have purchased a 2019-2020 membership, you will be able to register for the 2019 convention. You will find annual convention registration under the Events heading in the member portal.

Ticketed Meal Events at the Convention

Unfortunately, at this time, members are unable to register for Ticketed Meal Events online. Prior to the Advance Registration cutoff deadline of July 16, tickets to these events may be purchased by calling in to the NFA office. After the Advance Registration cutoff date, these tickets may be purchased at the same price on site at the registration desk in the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Historical Data

Historical data from the old database, such as donor and convention registration history, has been transferred to the new system. Please don't be concerned if the giving history in your profile doesn't reflect past donations. We still have your records, and your transactions will appear in the portal from this point forward.

If you have any questions, please contact Vicky Pampe at vpampe@nfaonline.org or call the office at 312-332-6682
