In this interactive play-along, we'll be studying and playing G. Ph. Telemann's Sonata in D major, the third sonata from his Six Canonic Sonatas TWV 40:118-123. Although technically not very demanding, playing these pieces with a partner is a fun way to develop one's technique and musicality in the baroque style. Teddie will provide guidance and focus on pertinent topics for each movement such as phrasing, articulation, and concepts regarding sound.Playing pitch is at A=415, but flutists who just want to listen in to learn about German baroque music are warmly welcomed!
