SCAM ALERT

We have received reports of flutists receiving emails similar to the one pictured below:



These emails are NOT from the NFA or any official partners of the NFA. If you receive this email, please delete and report spam without clicking any links. Hotel booking for 2026 is NOT available yet, and will not open until Monday, Jan 12. The only safe place to book your convention hotel is on the NFA website.

This fraudulent emails are sent from:
❌ "Marketing Team"
❌ marketing@probusinesstravel.com

Some things to keep in mind:
✅ An official NFA email will be sent from an email ending in "@nfaonline.org"
✅ The ONLY place to book a hotel room at the convention rate is through the NFA website, www.nfaonline.org/hotel-and-travel. Hotel booking for 2026 is NOT available yet, and will not open until Monday, Jan 12.
✅ No third-parties are authorized to offer convention discounts. If you receive an email that's not from us, it's a scam.
