2024 Exhibitor Information

The Exhibit Hall is the hub of activity at the NFA Convention. Meeting place, retail center, and community hub, the Exhibit Hall is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to exhibit your products and services to professional flutists, flute teachers, flute students, and flute enthusiasts. Convention guests view the Exhibit Hall as a "must-visit." Make sure your organization is included in the excitement!

2024 Exhibitor Information

Please note, all communications regarding exhibiting and contracts will come directly from NFA staff members. The NFA has not authorized any 3rd party organizations to make soliciting calls or emails.

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • March 4: Booth sales open
  • April 4: Last day to receive full allotment of 2024 placement points (with full contract payment)
  • April 15: Last day to have an ad requested for printed materials (after this date all ads will be placed in online materials)
  • May 1: Last day for inclusion in the NFA convention program book; Exhibitor kit will be emailed to all exhibitors and posted online
  • May 3: Last day to receive any placement points (with full contract payment)
  • May 3: Last day to submit Exhibitor Showcase & Exhibitor Concert information forms
  • May 18: Last day to sign and pay contract for priority placement
  • June 3 July 18th: Last day to purchase a booth

To Purchase a Booth:

Step 1: Log In to Your Member Portal

Log in to the NFA Member Portal. IMPORTANT: You must first log in with your personal NFA account, then switch over to your commercial account from your member profile (this is demonstrated in the walkthrough video at the bottom of this page).

Step 2: Verify Your Membership Status

A Commercial NFA Membership is required to exhibit at the convention. You can check the status of your commercial membership in the member portal. If you have questions about your status, please contact Mily Harrod at mharrod@nfaonline.org

Step 3: Review Exhibiting Documents

Please read the Rules & Regulations Document BEFORE you begin the Exhibitor Contract, as it will answer most of your questions. You may also want to review the Booth Map, Exhibitor Prospectus, and the Exhibitor FAQ. These documents are available on this web page.

Step 4: Complete the Exhibitor Contract

Follow steps to purchase your booth, add-ons, and submit payment. You can access the contract from within the member portal or from the button below (make sure you've switched over to your commercial account).

Step 5: Submit Other Required Forms

Don't forget to complete the Exhibitor Badge Information Form (deadline: July 12th) as well as any forms relating to your Exhibitor Showcase or Exhibitor Concert (optional). All forms are available on this webpage.

Step 6: Purchase an Advertisement (Deadline: April 15th)

Advertising in the Program Book is a great way to let attendees know about your booth. Exhibitors receive a discount on program book ads. Printed program books will be available for convention guests.
