Hosts:
Yuko Hoshi is a Japanese
flutist, composer, and arranger. In 2015, she formed the Japan Jazz Flute Big Band, which is based in Tokyo and is the first jazz flute big band in Japan. Hoshi has performed as a leader or sideman in many concerts and festivals in Japan and the U.S.
She studied with Ali Ryerson and Keith Underwood. Yuko is Artistic Coordinator of the NFA Jazz Flute Big Band Audition.
