Convention registration includes admission to all convention sessions (workshops, presentations, recitals, etc.), the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, evening "Gala Concerts," the Concerto Concert, and the Exhibit Hall. Note that the Awards Reception requires an additional ticket.

Registration Scholarships are available for any flutist, regardless of age, profession, or ability level who needs assistance offsetting their convention registration costs. Applications will open in late March, 2026.
A single-day registration grants access to the convention's events and the Exhibit Hall for a single day.

Attendees and members of the public may buy tickets to any single convention event. These tickets are available on-site at the convention registration desk. NFA memberships are not required to purchase a single-event ticket.
Grants you access to any single event (recital, masterclass, workshop, etc.) at the convention. Does not include the Concerto Concert or Gala Awards Reception.
Grants admission to the Saturday evening Concerto Concert (Sat. Aug. 8, 8pm). If you are registered for the convention, admission to this concert is included.
Grants admission to the Exhibit Hall only - perfect if you're shopping for a new instrument or sheet music!

Meet fellow convention-goers while celebrating the accomplishments of the 2026 NFA Lifetime and Distinguished Service Award recipients! This reception, held in the Hyatt Regency Portland, features hors-d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Join the celebration!

If a family member or friend who is not a flutist will be accompanying you to the convention, they will be required to register as your guest. Registrations for those 8 years old or younger are complimentary.
A physical copy of the convention program book. Contains the schedule, event information, and more. To receive a printed program book, you MUST purchase it at the time of your registration.
The convention experience tailored for students ages 18 and under! This popular event returns in 2026 to guide students through an itinerary of special activities designed just for them. Registration is available in advance or on-site. NFA Membership not required.
