Convention Fees and Registration

If you can't afford convention registration but would like to attend, we encourage you to apply for a full or partial convention registration scholarship. Click here for information about convention registration scholarships.

It's time to register for our annual four-day celebration of all things flute! Once registered, convention attendees will receive a badge, which will provide access to convention activities including those at the Chicago Hilton, Flute Ensemble Festival events at the Merle Reskin Theater, and the Saturday Gala Concerto Concert at Symphony Center. Badges will be available for pick-up in the on-site registration area at the Chicago Hilton during the following registration hours:

Wednesday, August 10: 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 11: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday, August 12: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 13: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 14: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Individuals who are not registered for the convention may purchase tickets for select individual events, including all gala concerts at the Chicago Hilton and the Saturday Gala Concert Concert at Symphony Center.

Please note that NFA membership is required at the time of registration and will be required to enter the convention.

Refund policy for convention attendees: 
There will be a cancellation fee of $35. Cancellations for any event must be received in writing (or email to jclarke@nfaonline.org) by 8/1/2022 to be eligible for a refund.

NFA membership dues are not refundable.
