Get into the holiday spirit with these beautiful songs on the baroque flute! In this interactive online workshop, we’ll be looking at three French noëls to celebrate the holiday season! These are simple yet beautiful melodies which will help us learn from phrasing to ornamentation in the French baroque style. Expect also some fun duetting time while tickling your brain and fingers with this timeless music! Playing pitch will be at A=415, but both modern and historical flutists are warmly welcomed! “Teddie Talks Traverso” is a series dedicated to topics around historical flute-playing. These are talks, workshops, and media curated by the flutist Teddie Hwang.
